Montgomery County, PA

The Montgomery County Board of Health is a five member Board required to meet at least once every three months.  According to Act 315 (Chapter 4, 16 § 12007 – Local Health Administration) and a Montgomery County Resolution dated January 25, 1990, the County Commissioners shall appoint five resident citizens, two of whom shall be physicians licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.  

Four year terms, except in initial appointment, two members shall be appointed for a term of two years, "measured from the second Monday in January next following his/her appointment."
